What skills and experience we're looking for
St Mary’s Primary School wishes to appoint a hard-working, creative and organised HLTA to teach classes across our school (PPA cover for class teachers) and release teachers for their designated leadership time.
The successful candidate will have uncompromisingly high expectations of themselves and all children and be able to engage children in fun and interesting ways. You will need to be a strong communicator, good team player and interested in innovative approaches to learning and teaching.
Perhaps, above all, we are looking for someone who can champion our four school values: Compassion, Curiosity, Community and Courage throughout their work across our school community.
