What skills and experience we're looking for
- Be flexible, be able to work on your own initiative as well as follow guidance from teachers.
- Have good behaviour management strategies.
- Have a good standard of spoken and written English.
- Be able to teach whole class following teachers’ planning.
- Know when to adapt teaching to make it simpler or harder.
- Mark books and feedback to the teachers about the outcome of lessons.
- Liaise with teachers, Middle Leaders and Senior Leaders regarding learning in the classes taught.
- Feedback to parents/carers about the behaviour when needed.
