Higher Level Teaching Assistant (P.E Specialism) job summary
We are looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic HLTA with PE as a specialism to join our supportive and creative team. The successful candidate will be working with individuals and groups of children in the classroom alongside the class teacher or outside the main teaching area, working with intervention groups and taking the class lead covering classes where requested. The ability to be flexible and accommodating to the needs of the school is paramount
We are looking for candidates with commitment to the inclusion and success of all children, someone who works well as part of a team. The successful candidate will have good literacy and numeracy skills. Experience in supporting the inclusion of vulnerable children would be advantageous and is required to be a HLTA with PE as a specialism and will be used to cover PPA
