Pearl Hyde Community Primary School is a vibrant and engaging school on an exciting journey having recently received a positive OFSTED inspection. We are in a position to offer a great opportunity for a talented Higher Level Teaching Assistant to come and share their passion for teaching young people in our happy and highly successful school.
We are part of Finham Park Multi Academy Trust; a growing organisation which is currently made up of 8 schools across Coventry and Warwickshire. The Primary and Secondary schools in Finham Park MAT will set out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a “World Class” education for all.
We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who:
- Is passionate about improving the lives of children including those with special needs
- Can motivate, excite and make learning accessible for all children including those with special needs
- Is committed to achieving the highest of standards for children
- Is able to actively support the ethos and vision of the school
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and can work well as part of a team
- Is willing to lead on planning activities and interventions for groups of children
- Has the ability to cover whole class sessions as part of PPA or ECT cover
