Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our Dazzling team at Rowanfield Infant School.

We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who will complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities and delivering learning activities to the whole class to cover teacher’s preparation, planning and assessment time.

Our teams work closely together and ensure that HLTAs are well set up and have the planning and resources they need to be able to work successfully with the children. We have specifically designed CPD sessions for support staff to ensure both consistency and continued improvement.
