We are looking for an experienced, committed and enthusiastic individual with a background in SEND to provide in class and one-to-one support for our students in the specialist resource base in line with their special educational needs. You will be joining a small team and will work across a wide variety of subject areas, demonstrating a commitment to helping our students make good progress.

We would be delighted to hear from you if you are interested in this challenging and extremely rewarding position, and you fulfil the following criteria:

  • A good secondary education with GCSEs in English and Maths and/or degree. 
  • The desire to help young people fulfil their potential.
  • The ability to relate to and motivate young people.
  • Flexibility and the ability to react quickly to changing daily routines.
  • The desire to make a real difference to young people’s life chances.
  • Experience of working with autistic students is desirable but not essential.
