Your role:
You’ll love this job if you can take a lead role in addressing pupils’ needs, overcoming barriers to learning and supporting their academic and personal growth. You will have the ability to work with the whole class, small groups and individuals delivering planned curriculum activities and interventions. You will encourage the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils, promoting good behaviour and a positive learning environment. You will have a good understanding of the national curriculum, other learning programmes/techniques and child development.
