History, RE and English Teacher (Yrs 5-8) job summary

Are you passionate about shaping young minds and fostering a love for Humanities subjects as well as language and literature? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher to join our dynamic team at Dedworth Middle School teaching History, RE and English to students in years 7 and 8 but also potentially Year 5 and 6.

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Inspire and challenge students to achieve their full potential in the subject.
  • Create engaging and interactive lessons that encourage active participation and critical thinking.
  • Foster positive and supportive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Uphold the ethos and values of the school community.

Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
