Person Specification Criteria

Essential:-

§ Previous experience of working in a classroom environment with students

▪ Previous experience of working in a classroom environment with students who are disabled or have special educational needs

▪ Experience of procedures relating to child protection and safeguarding

Desirable:-

Experience of leading a range of SEND interventions


Skills and attributes

Essential:-

▪ Suitability to work with young children

▪ Able to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people

Desirable :-

Knowledge of the national curriculum
