About You 

Brings energy, empathy and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning 

Has strong communication skills and can build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues 

Demonstrates confidence in delivering agreed learning activities and supporting whole‑class teaching 

Be able to plan and implement effective actions for pupils at risk of underachieving 

Has experience of contributing to pupil reviews and reports 

Has experience of applying a range of strategies to support pupils in the classroom with the minimum of supervision 

Has the HLTA qualification (or equivalent) and a good understanding of classroom practice 

Believes in inclusion and is committed to helping every child succeed
