Edward Worlledge Ormiston Academy are looking to appoint an ambitious, hardworking HLTA who is committed to raising attainment in our happy and friendly Primary school. The role will involve supporting class teaching, covering absence or PPA and delivering specific interventions.
The position is part time at 30 hours per week and offered on a temporary basis, initially until end of July 2026.
The successful applicant will:
- Be an excellent practitioner;
- Be experienced in working in a primary or early years setting;
- Be highly motivated, resourceful and keen to ensure the highest possible standard of pupil achievement, personal development and well-being are achieved;
- Has a vision for achieving excellence and an absolute belief in the potential of all children;
- Has the energy and enthusiasm to realise this vision and strengthen our creative curriculum;
- Be qualified to HLTA status;
- Be open to advice, feedback and guidance from colleagues.
