We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and compassionate individual with a genuine passion for supporting students with communication and interaction needs.

Our ERP provides specialist support for students with EHCPs, helping them develop the confidence, communication skills, and independence needed to succeed.

As a Teaching Assistant in the ERP, you will:

- Work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions in varied subjects (e.g. English, Maths)

- Support students 1:1 and in small groups, using approaches such as visual supports, structured routines, social stories, and communication-friendly resources.

- Track and record student progress, helping evaluate the impact of interventions.

- Build meaningful relationships that support social development, emotional regulation, and resilience.

- Be a champion for inclusion and wellbeing, helping students to access learning and feel part of the wider school community.

This role is full time, permanent and term time only plus inset days. Working hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
