We are seeking to appoint a HLTA for EAL to provide effective support for teaching and learning in school so that EAL/INA learners secure swift progress.
We are looking for an exceptional colleague with:
The ability to work effectively within a team environment
A general understanding of the curriculum and of classroom roles and responsibilities
A passion for ensuring that each and every learner flourishes and feels proud of their individual achievements
High expectations of all learners and a commitment to raising their educational achievements
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
A Higher Level Teaching Assistant accreditation
Previous experience in a similar role in a primary or secondary school
