- Fixed term - Until 31st August 2027 in the first instance but may become permanent
Actual salary
- £13, 798 – £14,484 per annum (pro rata to £28,141 – 29,539 full time equivalent working all year)
Pay scale
- Grade 6 SCP 11-14
What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to deliver the curriculum to Key Stage 2 pupils,
- Have relevant experience of working with children in a higher level teaching assistant role,
- Be able to cover all classes across the school
- Hold at least a level 3 qualification in childcare or teaching support,
- Demonstrate high expectations of individual achievement and behaviour,
- Be creative and enthusiastic,
- Have good organisational and interpersonal skills,
- Have flair, talent and initiative,
- Demonstrate a commitment to raising standards,
- Be able to work in close partnership with the whole school community.
