£13, 798 – £14,484 per annum (pro rata to £28,141 – 29,539 full time equivalent working all year)

Grade 6 SCP 11-14

What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to deliver the curriculum to Key Stage 2 pupils,
  • Have relevant experience of working with children in a higher level teaching assistant role,
  • Be able to cover all classes across the school
  • Hold at least a level 3 qualification in childcare or teaching support,
  • Demonstrate high expectations of individual achievement and behaviour,
  • Be creative and enthusiastic,
  • Have good organisational and interpersonal skills,
  • Have flair, talent and initiative,
  • Demonstrate a commitment to raising standards,
  • Be able to work in close partnership with the whole school community.
