What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an excellent Higher Level Teaching Assistant.

Under the guidance, direction and in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and teachers, you will undertake specific work with identified pupils, providing a complementary service to that provided by teachers.

This role is predominantly EYFS/KS1 interventions (Floppy Phonics) and writing/reading groups up to KS2. Do you have the ability to enhance the learning of pupils who need help and support to overcome barriers to learning in order to achieve their full potential? Can you apply your high-level knowledge and specialist skills across a range of specialist disciplines, thus contributing to raising standards of attainment, improving attendance and maintaining good standards of behaviour?

Occasional class cover may also be required.
