As part of a successful Multi Academy Trust, we benefit from shared expertise, strong collaboration and a collective commitment to ignite a love of learning in every child while helping them grow into confident, resilient and engaged global citizens.

We aim to be the best in all that we do, developing resilience, independence, enthusiasm, engagement and reflection in our pupils.

  • Ability to build strong, positive relationships with children and manage behaviour effectively
  • Confidence to use your own initiative and contribute to lesson planning and preparation

What the school offers its staff

What we offer:

  • Incredible behaviour and high expectations across the school, making teaching and learning a joy
  • A strong, fully resourced curriculum that challenges pupils and prepares them for secondary school and life beyond
  • A warm, welcoming and supportive team environment
  • Time off in lieu for running a club, recognising the extra commitment you give
  • Strong professional development opportunities and career progression
  • A caring school culture where every member of staff is valued
  • A competitive salary based on experience
  • Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS), including life cover with financial protection for your family

If you are committed, enthusiastic and ready to bring energy, creativity and care to our school, we would love to hear from you. Join us and help shape the next generation of learners!
