We are looking to appoint a confident, effective and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with an emphasis on music development, who will make a positive contribution to the achievement of all of our students. The role will require you to work alongside students in all year groups. Applicants should be kind, resilient and patient with a good sense of humour, and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. The desire to see each student flourish and reach their full potential using a variety of support strategies is crucial. The successful candidate will have an awareness of safeguarding procedures within school, hold a relevant HLTA qualification and have had experience appropriate to working with children.
