33 hours 45 mins per week, 39 weeks per year.
We are looking for a knowledgeable and professional HLTA to support our pupils in the learning environment. This is an important role in our friendly and welcoming academy, where your work as part of the wider team will support with inclusion and help to raise standards of achievement for all pupils. This post would be suitable for a candidate with significant experience working as a HLTA or TA3.
In January 2023, Ofsted confirmed that we are a ‘Good’ school. They said “The staff care deeply about all of its pupils” and “The school has high expectations for behaviour...Behaviour is good in lessons and on the playground.”

Oakway Academy is part of the Hatton Academies Trust. This expanding Multi Academy Trust is a family of schools collaborating in all aspect of teaching, learning and school management.
