This role is ideal for candidates with experience supporting children and who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's lives. The successful applicant will work in close partnership with the class teacher to create a caring, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes both personal and academic growth. Requirements: We are looking for an individual who:-

  • Has strong relationship building skills and techniques
  • Is passionate about helping children reach their potential despite challenges
  • Can communicate clearly with children and adults, verbally and in writing
  • Has experience of working with all ages of children in school
  • Able to adhere to policies and procedures and follow GDPR guidelines
  • Is confident in supporting good behaviour and is confident in deploying a range of behaviour management strategies
  • Has a desire to participate in school and Trust CPD opportunities
  • Has a full understanding of Safeguarding
  • Provide class teaching cover where required 

Qualifications:      Essential: Grade C /4+ level Numeracy and Literacy;

                                 Essential: Has a basic level of computer literacy;

                                 Desirable: relevant HLTA qualification, TA qualification or relevant experience
