HLTA REQUIRED SEPTEMBER 2026


We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, and well-organised person to join our team as a permanent HLTA.

We would like to hear from you if you:

  • have an appropriate HLTA qualification or willing to work towards one
  • have experiences/expertise which can enrich our pupils' learning
  • have experience across a broad range of year groups in KS1 or KS2.
  • are adaptable, organised and flexible.
  • have experience of teaching a whole class and small groups

32.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

39 working weeks per year (44.7 paid weeks per year)

Salary: Scale 5 point 9 - £21,072.32 pro rata per annum
