HLTA job summary
HLTA
We require an HLTA to work in all classes across the school.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting young children's learning and development, enjoy working as part of a team and to cover PPA.
The person appointed would need the skills and qualities necessary to demonstrate - a secure level of understanding of SEND needs. The candidate needs to promote consistently high levels of behaviour and learning.
About the Successful Candidate
We are looking for candidates who ideally have:
- An HLTA qualification or above or can demonstrate that they can meet the HLTA standards.
- The ability to work independently and use their own initiative
- A positive and nurturing manner
- Knowledge of a range of learning and behaviour strategies
