HR Administrator job summary

• To co-ordinate information and report to the Schools Business Manager and other senior staff, and individual employees on HR issues • Assisting with updating personnel information on Carval and SIMS • Maintain accurate personnel records in order that information can be swiftly and efficiently retrieved from manual and computerised records • Responsibility for obtaining, recording and updating Disclosure and Barring Service checks for all staff and maintaining the Single Central Record • Issue, maintain, update and change contracts as appropriate
