The successful candidate will balance responding to the day-to-day administrative HR needs of the Trust Schools, alongside working closely with headteachers and senior managers to support them in their leadership roles. You will bring to the role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with staff at all levels, along with a collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for teamwork.
