What skills and experience we're looking for

St Teresa of Calcutta Academy Trust Central Team are currently seeking an HR Advisor to cover the maternity leave of the current postholder. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust

As a Trust HR Advisor, you will deliver a proactive, effective and efficient day-to-day HR service, undertaking a range of HR activities including employee relations case work, compliance, policy guidance, recruitment on-boarding and support the ongoing development of the HR service offering to our Schools across the Trust

We are seeking an individual who:

  • Holds a professional CIPD qualification at Level 5
  • Is a confident communicator (written and oral)
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills
  • Has experience using iTrent or an HRIS system across the employee lifecycle.
  • Works efficiently and effectively, especially under pressure.
  • Is accurate with attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
  • Is flexible in approach and confident in providing guidance and advice to our Schools
  • Understands the difference a great education makes to pupils’ lives and our work to support this.
