1.30 pm – 4.00 pm (4 days) 1 pm – 4.00 pm (1 day) term time plus INSET days plus one additional week

The TEACH Poole Multi Academy Trust was formed in April 2015. All four of our wonderful schools are graded as good or outstanding schools by Ofsted. We are extremely popular, over-subscribed, forward-thinking schools with supportive staff and fantastic children.
We are looking to appoint a calm, self-motivated and hardworking HR and Payroll Assistant to work within our friendly and supportive team, on a permanent basis. Staff are employed by the Trust as a whole, and the role will be to provide HR and Payroll support for all four schools.
We are looking for a good team player who can work well independently and with initiative. The ideal candidate will be professional, confidential, adaptable, flexible and be able to work well under pressure. They will operate, maintain and develop the administration of HR and Payroll procedures and systems of the school.
The ideal candidate should have excellent computer and typing skills, be proficient in word processing, and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Strong communication abilities and a professional phone manner are essential. While experience with the School Workforce Census, employee contracts, Local Government and Teachers' Pension Schemes, personnel, payroll, and familiarity with HR and Payroll systems would be desirable, it is not essential.
