What skills and experience we're looking for

The Avon Valley School is seeking to recruit a dedicated and organised HR Assistant/Educational Visits Co-ordinator to join the hard-working administrative team at our school.

As HR Assistant, you will play a critical role in handling the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective human resources support for staff and faculties.You will also support the organisation of recruitment activities for the school.

As Educational Visits Co-ordinator, you willco-ordinate the school’s educational visits, providing efficient and compliant administration and coordination of residential trips, educational visits and other educational / enrichment activities.

You will have experience in a similar HR/Admin role, ideally gained within Education, but not essential. With exceptional organisational skills, you will be able to multi-task, prioritise your own workload and work to deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and a meticulous eye for detail are essential.
