Full Time, 37 Hours Per Week (flexibility to discuss hours and all year round arrangements)

Working location: Initially training at Dame Elizabeth Cadbury School and Walsall Head Office. To work across Walsall Sites. Please be aware that this role is multi-site and may require working at different schools.
About the role:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking to appoint a highly organised and motivated HR Assistant who is flexible, proactive, and willing to work across multiple school sites to meet the needs of the Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in HR, with full support and training provided to progress towards HR Officer level.
This is a varied and rewarding role providing comprehensive HR administrative support to schools across the Trust. You will play a key part in ensuring efficient, compliant, and confidential HR processes. Key tasks will include:
- Assisting with administration and maintenance of the Single Central Record.
- Supporting Managers with recruitment processes e.g. posting job adverts, chasing recruitment checks and preparing documentation.
- Providing HR administration support across multiple school sites.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Can manage multiple priorities across different sites.
- Has experience of working within a school, or similar organisation.
As this role requires multi-site working, you will need to hold a full driving license and daily access to a vehicle.
