HR ASSISTANT

Hours: 32.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday*
Contract: Permanent, Term-time + 1 week INSET days (39
weeks)
Actual annual salary: starting at £19,390 per annum including Fringe
* Working
days are a pre-requisite to meet the needs of the post and unfortunately not
negotiable; flexibility can be given about start and finish time.
Due to the expansion of the Trust, we are seeking
to appoint an organised and self-motivated person with proven interpersonal and
administrative skills to work within our central HR team. The role is to
provide HR administrative support; overseeing the recruitment and appointment
process, maintain personnel records; complete HR returns; maintain SIMS HR
database and other administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be
offered training and is expected to have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
systems.
