HR Business Partner job summary

The HR Business Partner plays a central role in shaping and delivering an exceptional people experience at Lighthouse Futures Trust. This position is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the college’s human resources activities, ensuring that HR systems, processes and practices are legally compliant, professionally delivered, and aligned with the college’s strategic priorities.

They will work closely with senior leaders to create a positive, supportive and high performing culture where staff feel valued, well‑performing culture where staff feel valued, well supported and empowered to deliver outstanding outcomes for young people with additional needs.
