Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 2 Catholic Secondary School across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.
We are looking to appoint an HR Business Partner. This role will be based at our Central Office at Bethany House, however, the role will require the postholder to work across all schools within the MAC.
We can offer:
Under the direction of the Head of HR and Payroll, working as part of a proactive, innovative and responsive HR team to provide pragmatic, creative and business focused HR solutions and recommendations across the Academy.
The successful candidate will:
Under the direction of the Head of HR and Payroll, deliver a professional service to the schools within the Academy;
Build and develop relationships with managers and staff at all levels
Provide support and guidance on a range of HR matters
Share best practice throughout the Academy.
The postholder will be required to promote the Catholic ethos and Mission of the Our Lady and All Saints CMAC (OLAAS), ensuring that it permeates all aspects of the life of the Academy.
