This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting a values driven Trust with complex, sensitive employee relations work. You’ll lead independent investigations into disciplinary, grievance, whistleblowing and other HR casework, ensuring fairness, transparency, and legal compliance throughout.

Do you have the skills to: 

  • Carry out detailed and impartial investigations into complex employee relations issues?
  • Communicate confidently, empathically, and with clarity during staff and witness interviews?
  • Analyse evidence objectively and produce clear, well structured investigation reports?
  • Build effective working relationships across HR, management, and schools to keep cases on track?
  • Offer sound, professional guidance on investigative processes and procedure?
  • Manage multiple cases at different stages while staying organised and meeting deadlines?
