HR, Compliance & Administration Officer job summary
This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join our caring and experienced administration team to provide key HR and administrative support to the school.
Stony Dean School is a very successful school. Quoted as “inspirational” by Ofsted, we are looking for a colleague who wishes to work in a positive, friendly and caring environment. Stony Dean School is a heavily oversubscribed secondary special school situated in Amersham. We are very proud of the fact that we were the first school in this county to gain specialist SEN College status and our designation is for Communication and Interaction.
We are looking for someone who will provide confidential administrative support and manage the HR functions to the School, together with overseeing and managing the effective deployment of Evolve and educational visits under the direction of the School Business Manager and the Headteacher.
You will be professional and organised in all your endeavours, with a great sense of humour. You will need to have a caring nature to work in a school that supports students with a learning disability and the provision that supports those students.
