HR Coordinator job summary

Part-time 22.5 hours a week over 4 or 5 days

We are seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to join our Central Team, where you will work closely with our schools to deliver a high-quality HR service.

In this role, you'll support the absence management process and provide administrative assistance for recruitment and onboarding. You will also monitor the HR mailbox and assist with the probation tracking.

Success in this role requires great customer service skills and an understanding of working with confidential information.

You’ll become part of a dedicated and friendly HR team that is led by our HR Manager. The role will be based in our Bristol office, located on the scenic grounds of Ashton Park School with occasional travel to our schools for meetings and interview support where required.
