Trust in Learning Academies (TiLA) is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join our small, high-achieving HR team as we continue to grow. Our expanding Multi-Academy Trust supports schools with a full range of recruitment, HR support, and payroll services. This is a fast-paced and varied role that will expose you to the full spectrum of HR functions. As the HR Coordinator, you will predominantly lead the front end of talent acquisition, working closely with staff at all levels across our schools. You'll drive innovative recruitment campaigns, explore new advertising strategies, and maintain our strong online presence. Key Responsibilities: - HR Administration: Administer new starters, leavers, and contractual changes while ensuring compliance with TiLA policies and data protection regulations, including DBS checks. - Recruitment Leadership: Lead and manage the Trust’s recruitment process, from advertising roles to supporting interviews and completing recruitment checks in line with DfE guidance. Drive new and innovative recruitment campaigns using social media and other advertising streams. - Payroll Support: Provide agile support to payroll processes and other HR functions as needed. - Policy & Procedure Compliance: Advise managers on the consistent application of Trust policies, procedures, and employment law, ensuring best practices are upheld across the organisation. - HR Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the HR database, ensuring the integrity of data related to HR and recruitment processes. What We’re Looking For: - Effective Communicator: Confident in responding to queries from staff at all levels, with a professional and approachable manner. - Self-Motivated: Able to work effectively, show initiative, and handle complex queries while maintaining strict confidentiality. - Social Media Savvy: Experience using social media and digital platforms to enhance recruitment campaigns. - HR Experience: Previous experience in HR administration and recruitment, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices. - Tech Enthusiast: Keen to embrace new tools and systems to streamline recruitment processes.
