HR & Finance Administrator job summary

Working Hours: Full Time

Contract Type: One Year Fixed Term Contract, subject to review.

Payscale: H4 Spine Point 6 (£23,893 FTE)

Responsible to: Office Lead

Start Date: April 2024

Working Hours: 20 hours per week, 38 weeks term time + 2 INSET days (192 days in total).

We currently have a vacancy for a HR & Finance Administrator and are looking for the right person to join our school team. This is a new post to provide support to our HR & Finance department.

Key areas of work will be to:

  • Provide administrative support in HR matters including recruitment and liaison with the school’s HR provider.

  • Support the Finance Team in relation to school finances

  • Support the smooth running of the office and ensure continuity at times of business/software/IT/communications interruptions
