HR & Finance Administrator job summary
Working Hours: Full Time
Contract Type: One Year Fixed Term Contract, subject to review.
Payscale: H4 Spine Point 6 (£23,893 FTE)
Responsible to: Office Lead
Start Date: April 2024
Working Hours: 20 hours per week, 38 weeks term time + 2 INSET days (192 days in total).

We currently have a vacancy for a HR & Finance Administrator and are looking for the right person to join our school team. This is a new post to provide support to our HR & Finance department.

Key areas of work will be to:
Provide administrative support in HR matters including recruitment and liaison with the school’s HR provider.
Support the Finance Team in relation to school finances
Support the smooth running of the office and ensure continuity at times of business/software/IT/communications interruptions
