HR Manager job summary
Kingfisher Schools Trust are excited to offer an experienced HR generalist with strong employee relations experience the opportunity to work as part of their central trust HR team. Initially, this post is advertised on a temporary basis until 31st August 2025.
The successful post-holder will support the Director of HR in managing a wide range of issues. A key part of the role will be providing professional HR advice and guidance to line managers and leaders across the trust on a variety of people management issues to ensure compliance with policies, employment law and current best practice.
This post is 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year.
This role requires a combination of HR experience and expertise, as well as interpersonal skills and technical skills, and the ability to be flexible in fostering employee engagement and positive relationships with a diverse range of people.
The successful candidate will:
- Be committed to continuing professional development, either having achieved as a minimum, the CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Have extensive experience of managing HR casework, ideally in the Education Sector.
- Be self-motivated when working autonomously or as part of a team.
- Have exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy
