What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who has:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in a HR generalist role with responsibility for HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, recruitment, payroll processes and HR systems.
  • Experience of leading, supporting or developing team members.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
