What skills and experience we're looking for

EQUA Mead Learning Trust is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and forward-thinking HR Partner. As a member of staff within our Trust, you will contribute to a collaborative working environment and play a key role in supporting the learning and development of all pupils.

In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include providing an excellent first-line day-to-day HR advisory and support service to Headteachers, Senior Leadership Teams, and the Central Team within the Trust. You will have the opportunity to assist with project management/change management situations that arise as required, particularly in relation to Academy transfers into the Trust, including but not limited to restructuring, redundancies, and TUPE. As a member of the HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all agreed policies and procedures are followed consistently and to a high standard. You must provide advice, guidance, and ensure that strong safeguarding practices are observed at all times.
