HR Support Assitant job summary
Are you looking to join a small, friendly team making a big impact? We support a growing multi-academy trust of 20 schools across the beautiful Shropshire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in HR to develop their career in a supportive environment.
About the Role
As our HR Support Assistant, you’ll provide essential administrative support for HR and payroll processes, assist with recruitment administration, and help maintain accurate employee records. You’ll also play a key role in promoting careers within the Trust by using social media channels to share opportunities and engage potential candidates.
The role is offered in the first instance full time (37 hours) Monday to Friday, however, we're happy to discuss reduced hours for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in HR administration or similar role
- Strong ICT skills (MS Office) and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using social media platforms for professional purposes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Opportunity to study for CIPD Level 3/5
