Human Resources Administrator job summary

King Alfred’s Academy, part of the Cambrian Learning Trust, is looking to appoint an HR Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a comprehensive skill set that includes everything from emotional intelligence and understanding the need for discretion whilst managing confidential, sensitive data to excellent attention to detail and accuracy, along with a confident use of digital platforms.

The successful candidate will provide timely, accurate and confidential administrative support to the HR functions within the school. This will include recruitment administration in accordance with safeguarding policies, administering the maintenance of the school Single Central Record, ensuring compliance with Ofsted requirements and ensuring employee records are accurate, up to date and fully compliant with GDPR legislation and retention guidelines.
