To start: As soon as possible

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced administrator with great attention to detail to provide administrative support to all HR processes throughout the school. The role is based at the school where you will work closely with key staff including the Operations Manager and Trust HR team. You will be the first point of contact for HR related enquiries from colleagues in the school and will provide support and guidance to a range of work including recruitment processes and payroll administration.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work are an essential part of this role. You will be using ICT systems on a daily basis and should be confident and competent in using Microsoft packages, and able to learn new systems quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are important as you will be liaising with colleagues across the school and producing written documents.

Previous experience of working in a school setting or in a human resources role are desirable, however training and support will be provided. The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential and you will be expected to follow data protection guidance in all of your work.
