What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team, supporting a group within the Trust. In this key role, you will provide broad HR support across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with leaders to provide guidance, build strong relationships and support effective people management across the organisation. You will play an important part in helping the Trust foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Advise on complex HR cases with clear, risk-aware solutions

-Lead employee relations and support managers across the organisation

-Provide up-to-date HR guidance and assist with formal hearings

-Analyse HR data to drive performance improvements

-Manage complex HR issues, update policies, and lead key projects


Key Requirements:

-Solid HRBP experience, ideally with CIPD Level 5 or Chartered MCIPD

-Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and build relationships

-Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure

-Analytical, detail-focused, and a confident problem solver

-Excellent written communication and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
