What skills and experience we're looking for
The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague for the role of Human Resources (HR) Administrative Officer within our friendly central HR team. This role is pivotal in supporting GORSE’s central HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes across our academies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR administration, maintaining confidential records, and assisting staff with HR-related queries, while ensuring compliance with employment laws, trust policies, and safeguarding regulations.
We are looking for an individual who has:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification (or working towards) in Human Resources, with a preference for a CIPD qualification.
- Experience working in an office environment.
- The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanour in all situations.
- A full, clean driving license and access to a car, as this role involves working across multiple sites.
