Human Resources Manager job summary
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic colleague to join our vibrant and successful school.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, staff development and HR systems. A key focus of the role will be ensuring that our HR practices reflect the school’s values of equity, inclusion and professionalism, helping to create a working environment where all staff feel supported and respected.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation. They will bring proven experience in HR management, ideally within an educational or similarly complex setting, and will be confident in handling sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion. A clear understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion principles, alongside excellent organisational skills, will be essential.
Hours per week: 35 hours per week
Weeks per year: 52 weeks per year
Salary Grade: PO4
Actual Salary: £51,228 to £54,360
