What you will be responsible for:

The successful candidate will join our highly effective and experienced support team. You will establish and maintain a professional, prompt and reliable HR service to all staff across Oasis Academy Sholing.

A full job description is attached but in summary this role offers the opportunity to develop your experience and knowledge of HR activities including but not limited to:

  • Recruitment, from inception through to onboarding and payroll administration
  • Absence and performance management
  • Employee relations and data returns
  • Issuing contracts and ensuring all vetting checks are completed

What you will bring:

  • A friendly, articulate and customer focused approach to work
  • Experience of supporting the delivery of effective HR systems in an education or public sector setting
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

You will be fully supported by our People Manager and a National team of dedicated HR professionals.
