What skills and experience we're looking for

We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Systems Advisor within the Trust’s Human Resources Team. This pivotal role will work with the Human Resources Business Partners to provide support to academies relating to The Trust’s HR system, iTrent. In addition, the role will work closely with the Head of Human Resources and key stakeholders developing processes and providing advice on the implementation, embedding and continual monitoring. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in administration and a passion for systems and processes.

The successful candidate will have strong experience of administration, and will hold English and Maths GCSE grade A-C or grade 4 or above, and Level 3 CIPD qualification (or willing to work towards). Experience of working in an educational setting is desirable, however full training will be provided to the successful candidate through a supportive induction process.
