What the school offers its staff

Whitby Secondary Partnership

Caedmon College Whitby holds the values ‘Excellence, Friendship, Respect’ and our aim is that all our staff and students strive to embody these values throughout their time at the school. It serves a diverse and beautiful rural and coastal area, centred on the historic seaport of Whitby. We are federated with Eskdale School, also located in Whitby, with whom we are amalgamating to become a single school from September 2024.

At Eskdale School our motto is ‘A place of belonging – A place of inspiration’ and our aim is that all our students thrive and make good academic progress whilst developing into resilient, confident and respectful young people.

Across the partnership, staff morale is high and we have a commitment to recognise individual potential and to provide support, CPD and training for colleagues joining our organisation at all levels; you will never feel unsupported or alone in our school.

We can offer you

  • A supportive, collaborative team who openly share ideas and best practice
