Do you have an interest in esafety and playing your part in making education accessible to all? Come and make a difference at West Sussex Alternative Provision College, supporting the use of ICT in education, maintaining our networking and supporting our staff and students with all hardware, software, networking and server requirements across our centres!

The key duties include but are not limited to:
• Design and implement changes to the schools ICT software and hardware and liaise with senior colleagues, external partners on the specifications of new software/hardware as appropriate.
• Contribute to the planning, development and delivery of training for all staff liaising with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Support and development of Office 365 offering, including SharePoint
• Maintenance and auditing of all ICT equipment
• Maintenance and auditing of on-prem and cloud backup solutions
• Setup new users and train new staff members
• Ensure ICT hardware and software across the school is maintained to a satisfactory standard
• Deliver a quality service in a school where high standards are set and expected

You will have:
• Relevant degree and/or proven experience with a minimum of Maths and English GCSE or equivalent, demonstrating the appropriate level of knowledge
• Experience in administration of ICT software and networking hardware, particularly Microsoft Windows networks and Office 365
• Experience in a similar working environment
• A patient and flexible attitude
• Be well organized and highly motivated
• Attention to detail, a keen eye for accuracy, and an ability to see the bigger picture
• The ability to work in a team and on own initiative
• A current UK driving license and the ability to travel between our centres, transporting ICT equipment as and when required.
