ICT Techician job summary

Priestlands is seeking to appoint an ICT Technician to start at the end of June/early July. The successful candidate will work alongside our Network Manager and Head of ICT, who have combined Priestlands service of over 35 years, so rest assured that you'll be guided by the best!

The post is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week throughout the year. Exact hours will be agreed during the interview stage. There is an annual holiday allowance starting at 24 days (increasing after 5 years of service) plus bank holidays. In addition, and new for 2025 we are trialling a two-week Autumn half term so you have the potential to have an extra week off during this time.

The role is varied and will appeal to someone who has a mind for IT and is a natural problem solver. There are daily tasks to complete, but each day will be different with changing demands and priorities. You will need to be quick thinking and proactive in your day to day approach. Priestlands School, an 11-16 mixed comprehensive school, serves the south of the New Forest.
