We are seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and good team player to work as a member of the ICT Team working across our Trust schools. You must also be an excellent communicator so you are able to talk to staff and pupils through particular ICT queries.
Under the direction of the Director of ICT you will provide day to day technical support for the staff and pupils of the Trust including the management of user accounts. You will install hardware and software and will be expected to resolve ICT technical queries.
We are particular looking for the following;
Knowledge of Google products
Skills and abilities to record and edit videos
Ability to diagnose and resolve network, software and hardware faults, and perform maintenance repairs and upgrades.
As a full time position you will receive an annual leave entitlement per year and you will join a team of dedicated and hard-working staff.
